  • 'Packing at Home' program

    Get your first job in Australia packing at home - no experience, English skills, or car required! 

    • Job type: casual
    • Program outline: pack Allara Creative products at home in your own time
    • Training: all training is provided
    • English level: all levels of English (from complete beginner onwards) are accepted
    • Transport requirements: none (we bring products to your house, so you do not need a car)
  • 'Market Manager' program

    Get a job managing weekend markets.

    • Job type: casual
    • Program outline: help manage Allara Creative markets including setting up the stall, assisting customers, handling sales, and packing up after the market
    • Training: all training is provided
    • English level: you need to be comfortable speaking a little bit of English
    • Transport requirements: you need to be able to get to markets around Canberra via public transport or car

Volunteer mentor

All employees are matched with a volunteer mentor to practice English, answer any questions, help provide employment search support, and more! Employees meet one-to-one with mentors so you get to know each other well and have undivided attention.
